One of Monday aims is to present data in a flexible way, while emphasizing different parameters for customer management. However, users experience frustrations due to system complexity, integration issues, slow performance with large datasets, slow customer support, and storage limitations due to the nature of the subscription.
Pipedrive
Users can track, record leads and transactions, leads can be prioritized. However, some lacks such as changing multiple records at the same time is not possible and integration is not fully supported in other platforms, visualization can be a little overwhelming.

To assist sales managers, I created a screen presenting real-time customer status updates. I incorporated vital data, such as average financial income per customer stage and quarterly earnings, facilitating quick access to pertinent information.

The CRM dashboard includes a number of filters, including a drop-down menu for selecting quarters, a search bar for customer names, and drop-down menus for filtering by region, industry, revenue range, and sales stage, along with options for data transfer, priority, employees, and last contact date, enabling data navigation and analysis effective.
Intuitive features on hover
When the mouse hovers over a customer line, an explanation appears showing additional contact details and an email address. This feature provides quick access to key contact information without having to open a separate page or window.
