B2B CRM system, providing sales managers with a real-time view of the sales processes quarterly. The design integrates central functions that allow tracking of the quarterly profit achieved or the total
profit, together with information about potential customers.

Our Users

The persona I built the Dashboard for is C-suite.
These managers need a system that allows them to effortlessly read and interpret data, enabling them to make informed decisions efficiently.
Their primary goals include tracking total profit, identifying profit opportunities, and monitoring the status of each opportunity.

Monday

One of Monday aims is to present data in a flexible way, while emphasizing different parameters for customer management. However, users experience frustrations due to system complexity, integration issues, slow performance with large datasets, slow customer support, and storage limitations due to the nature of the subscription.

Pipedrive

Users can track, record leads and transactions, leads can be prioritized. However, some lacks such as changing multiple records at the same time is not possible and integration is not fully supported in other platforms, visualization can be a little overwhelming.

To assist sales managers, I created a screen presenting real-time customer status updates. I incorporated vital data, such as average financial income per customer stage and quarterly earnings, facilitating quick access to pertinent information.
This design optimizes decision-making, ensuring users efficiently achieve their goals.

Effortless filtering and streamlined UX

The CRM dashboard includes a number of filters, including a drop-down menu for selecting quarters, a search bar for customer names, and drop-down menus for filtering by region, industry, revenue range, and sales stage, along with options for data transfer, priority, employees, and last contact date, enabling data navigation and analysis effective.

When the mouse hovers over a customer line, an explanation appears showing additional contact details and an email address. This feature provides quick access to key contact information without having to open a separate page or window.

The screen provides users with a comprehensive view of annual revenue, neatly segmented into quarterly divisions for clarity. Users can also identify the year's most profitable customers and the average number of signed customers per quarter.
